Welcome to the 写作中心
工作人员ed by advanced students, the 写作中心 is an excellent resource for students at all levels of writing. Consultations are free and offered in-person or online. Tutorials can happen at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming a topic to final revision. You can make an appointment to visit online or in person, or you can walk into the Oesterle 图书馆, 242房间, 没有预约. The 写作中心 will be open Mondays-Thursdays from 上午10点至晚上7点, please note that we are closed the week of finals.

In a supportive environment, our tutors emphasize writing as a process in one-on-one sessions. We encourage writers to visit early and often during the drafting process so that our tutors can assist in:

Appointments are available during center hours and can be 在线预定. For instructions on how to do so, check out our Instagram教程.
学生 will need to use their @noctrl.edu email to register for an account with Cardinal Support Services. Scheduling appointments early is 强烈推荐 to ensure there is ample time to collaborate and discuss your work. Walk-ins are permitted for in-person tutorial should a tutor be available. 学生 should be prepared with the assignment sheet, any drafting they have done, 他们的问题. No prior drafting is required; we are happy to brainstorm together.
